Hotel very clean. Reception staff very friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and tea/coffee. Bathroom products available. We were advised on arrival, half the hotel had been government booked. We assumed refugees, however this was no issue at all.

property very modern and amble parking. staff very attentive and professional. we stayed in the Sudbury suite, lovely room, hotel could do with a lick of paint but nothing to moan about!! such a shame none of the facilities where open but we where advised of this before arrival. I would definitely stay again. 10/15 minutes commute by taxi to twickenham cost £15.

Free parking Lovely hotel entrance Nice big room, lovely big clean, soft bed with good pillows. Big black out curtains for good sleep. Nice big flat screen t.v. Spacious room with lots of extras- fridge, kettle, toiletries. Quite room even when a wedding happening. Allowed us late check out, which helped massively and made stay even better - great staff, helpful and friendly.

It wasn’t clear from the website when booking that the restaurant and other facilities would not be available. The hotel is working with the Home Office to support refugees re-locate and many rooms are being used to support them. However this seems to mean many of the usual facilities are not available which is a shame as breakfast is only served in your room on a plastic platter with plastic cutlery. The breakfast was good value.

We loved that it was a beautiful and clean place to stay. The amenities were good. The staff was nice and patient with us as well. Lots of parking available which is always a plus

As advertised. Most of the facilities were closed due to covid but I knew this before I booked. Big car park with loads of spaces for free which is good. There are poor reviews about asylum seekers being at the hotel but it wasn't a problem, they have every right to be in that space as anyone else. Most people keep to themselves as is to be expected. Staff were polite and room was clean. No issues.
